About the same size as the glass baking dish which is 9 x 12.
Pan is very light...no where near the 7 pounds in the description.
Definitely less than 3 pounds.
Finish is the worst I have seen in stainless steel ( dries with water spots )
The selling price should have been less than $29.
I am a fan of Calphalon but this item looks more like counterfeit.
I will keep it and use it, but would NOT recommend it or give it away as a gift. Would not buy again if this one got lost or stolen

HIC Porcelain 13 x 9 x 2.5 Inch Lasagna Pan Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this because another reviewer complained as the description uses external dimensions vice the 11" x 7.75" internal base dimension. The sides flare out slightly and the 0.25" thick material creates the advertised dimensions.
Two cons: The bottom underside is not glazed. My wife supposed this would be an anti-slip benefit. Since my glass casseroles do not have rough undersides, I dispute the merits of such a conclusion. Porcelain is more delicate than glass or corning white glass and requires attention when transporting and stowing.
Since this is the first pan I have found with proper sizing for my brand of lasagna, I am exceedingly happy to stop filling in the empty one-inch space on each end of my former lasagna pans. When pasta companies make 100% durum semolina lasagna noodles 13" long I may reintroduce my old lasagna pans into service. Since the noodles I buy are 11" long, this scratches one of my itches.
Good luck finding another lasagna pan whose base is 11" x 8".

HIC Porcelain 106-Ounce Casserole Dish with Lid Review

(More customer reviews)The HIC Porcelain is heavy and this 106-ounce casserole dish is VERY heavy indeed. I like the dish, and the pattern would match anything else you already have. I only have one complaint in that the dish did not have care instructions included. I realize that the write-up states the dish is oven, microwave, and broiler safe, but I was surprised that it lacked any instructions like other bakeware has. I went to the internet to find more about the HIC brand. One place stated that it's oven proof to 350 degrees, and another said 400 degrees. A broiler gets hotter than that, so I don't know how accurate those descriptions were. It also does not have appropriate uses stamped on the bottom like other brands do (microwave, oven safe, etc.). But, all in all, I like the dish and plan on purchasing other sizes.

Brownies and blondies cook evenly and to perfect consistency, and don't take as long as they do in the glass. And the best part is that you always have even, straight edges that look pretty when you cut up the treats. Also great for making birthday cakes and the likes. This pan should be one of your kitchen staples!!

HIC Porcelain 10-Inch Au Gratin, Set of Three Review

(More customer reviews)Bought these last year and just love them. They are thin, so they heat quickly and easily. They are very smooth, so cleanup is also just great, even for burned on food. We cook salmon fillets in them and use them at least once every two weeks. I also bought some larger Corningware ovenware at the same time because I wanted larger sizes, but the Corningware is too thick and I hardly ever use them. That's why I'm ordering another set of the HIC porcelain au gratins. They are a wonderful, useful product.

Krups 0925105 Oven Broiling Pan Review

(More customer reviews)While Krup Toaster ovens are high price and high performance, the broiler pans have a fragile teflon coating that scratches off easily. First time in the dishwasher left significant scratches. Obviously shouldn't use metal tools when broiling with this etc. Pity that Krup diddn't include either a porcelain or stainless steel finish. Only positive about this pan is that lacking a durable finish is that it is cheap.

(More customer reviews)I purchased this on the Friday sale for a real bargain price ($20) and that is quite deal.
This is the real stuff - heavy duty, quality construction. I have used them with and without a silpat for baking cookies, finishing satueed fish fillets, oven roasting vegetables and many other purposes.
They are easy to clean and substantial. There do not seem to be any hot spots or other problems.
The only complaint I have, and I make it with reservations, is that they ARE heavy. Do not try to lift a loaded sheet out of the oven with one hand. The weight is also a good thing (see "substantial" above) but it easy to forget just how heavy it is going to be when you reach for that hot pad!

Emile Henry 13-by-10-Inch Lasagna Baker, Cerise Red Review

(More customer reviews)One of the reasons that I started looking for an alternative to my old stanby 13x9 Pyrex baking dish was because it was not broiler safe. I bought the E.H. 13x10 dish a year ago for this specific purpose, and I have been very pleased with it so far.
The E.H. dish is slightly wider and deeper than my Pyrex dish, which is nice because now I don't have to worry about food spilling over the sides while it is cooking in the oven (most recipes call for a 9x13 dish).
The E.H. dish is also bottom rack dishwasher safe. Because the surfaces are smooth like a Pyrex, it could also be easily cleaned with a scrub brush and a dish rag. However, because the E.H. dish weighs 5 lbs.4.2 oz. (vs. the Pyrex of 3 lbs.9.9 oz.), I would definitely recommend using the dishwasher.
One reviewer mentioned using aluminum foil to line the dish before cooking. I'm not sure if this was to prevent burning? Is so, why not just add a little sauce to the bottom of the dish, as you would with a Pyrex dish? Nothing mysterious here.
Another nice feature about the E.H. dish is that it keeps food hotter out of the oven much longer than the Pyrex.
It should also be noted that the very bottom is not smooth, like the rest of the dish, so take care not to drag it over the counters like you would with a Pyrex dish.
At $60, this dish is a better bargain than the smaller E.H. designer version sold at the William-Sonoma stores. To me, this dish is prosciutto on a spam budget, and is a good buy.
Do not be afraid to use this dish as the manufacturer recommends!

Work fantastically as mise en place containers, for custards and soufflees. I did realise they would be from China just by the price so that was not suprising to me. As I can not afford to spend $2.00 to $6.00 a dish I did not stress on this. Have used them numerous times already in the oven, washed by hand or in a dish washer and they are still in great shape. No complaints.

Emile Henry 14 by 11 inch Lasagna Bakers Review

(More customer reviews)Wow! I just had to make two back-to-back dishes of my Crepes Ensenada and needed to hurry doing it. So I made one full dish, cooled it, took it out, and without cleaning it first (I never would do that with any other dish!), baked another full dish. Yes, I had to use a scraper on it after it soaked, but it came out clean, without too much time spent doing it too. No scratches and lovely crepes to boot. The only thing about this dish is that, because of its size, one has to be very careful washing/rinsing it, so it is not banged in the sink. If banged, like glass, it may crack at a future date.
The color is a bit darker than the picture of the red Cherise and the yellow Citron dishes.

Waring Pro TCO600 1500-Watt 6-Slice Convection Toaster Oven Review

(More customer reviews)When I first started to look for a replacement for my old (very, very) Black and Decker SpaceSaver toaster oven I had a long list of requirements. As I hadn't shopped for a toaster oven in about 30 years I didn't realize that those stipulations were wildly optimistic. After months of frustrating research (and one very bad purchase), I was left with two show-stopping requirements: no Teflon (or Teflon-like) coating because of the fumes that emits, and an "I am done" sound that didn't shatter my eardrums and cause my dog to run away from home.
The TCO600 meets both of those requirements. There is no Teflon coating - just bare metal. (I would have preferred the old style blue/black enamel like my old toaster oven had and like my real oven has, but, as I said, I gave up on most of my "prefers".) The sound when the timer (60 minute) is complete is one "ding". That I love.
I'm pleased with the unit so far. The convection fan is quiet, the oven heats to the temperature set. I've used it to bake a few things and was satisfied. Haven't yet used the broiler. The toaster is not the most convenient to use, and you cannot choose a setting and leave it there. (One must turn the timer past 20, then turn it to whatever you think might be the right setting for the bread and wait for the timer to turn it off.) The toast was not bad at all.
It is nice looking, chrome front, painted silver metal along the sides and top. That chrome is going to show every fingerprint that touches it, but it's wiped clean easily enough. It does get hot, as toaster ovens do, but it hasn't caused any problems. The crumb tray is very accessible in the front of the unit. I do like the analog dials rather than pushbutton digital stuff.
It's a bigger footprint than I was looking for. My old unit was not called "SpaceSaver" for nothing: it was small outside and huge inside.
I have not had any problems with the oven being on the same circuit as the refrigerator. My house is fairly new, so maybe that makes a difference.
I've had it about two months. So far, so good.
