(More customer reviews)I have been looking everywhere for a double boiler and finally found this one at Target. It is very well made, but the insert pan has two small ridges along the inside, making clean up a disaster. The inside should be smooth. I am very disappointed. I was looking for something similar to the old Revere double boiler inserts, which are smooth on the inside. Do not try to melt chocolate with this one-cleaning it up is almost impossible!
