(More customer reviews)Perfect, hard to find 6 oz, white ramekin exactly as advertised. Was shipped in the amazon box in their original box with seperators so well packaged and no damage. Work fantastically as mise en place containers, for custards and soufflees. I did realise they would be from China just by the price so that was not suprising to me. As I can not afford to spend $2.00 to $6.00 a dish I did not stress on this. Have used them numerous times already in the oven, washed by hand or in a dish washer and they are still in great shape. No complaints.

(More customer reviews)This is a utilitarian item, no bells and whistles but does just what it is supposed to do. With recent concerns published in the media about nonstick releasing toxins at high heat, we went back to basics and replaced our nonstick pan with this more traditional one. Works just fine and we no longer need to worry about harming ourselves or the environment by blasting Teflon in the broiler.

(More customer reviews)It works great! I don't do a lot of cooking; my wife is a chef however. I bought this for her after she told me she wanted one. When we got it, she thought I had ordered the wrong thing because she hadn't used one with a slotted bottom pan before. She uses it all of the time and loves it even more than her much older, non-slotted bottom pan broiler. Over all, it has turned out to be a great purchase. Perfect size to cook four large steaks or New-York strips on.
