(More customer reviews)This thing is horrible. I got it as a present last Xmas. The rack placement sucks - the lower rack is so near the bottom that whatever you cook on it burns on the bottom. The upper rack is so near the top that whatever you cook on it burns on the top. To add to thi wonderfulness, everything also burns that you place in the center or back of the rack. Buy ANYTHING else.
